New Client Record Creation
To register a new client's information for future contact or invoicing, send them a registration link by copying and pasting the below link:

When advised of a new registration entry:
- View submissions via Google Sheets:

- Use details entered to enter new customer information into
- Welcome Email template sent to email address entered into webform automated with Jotform (Automated)
- 2 setup items to be actioned….
- Create new Google Classroom (with custom header), and invite client using email address entered into form.
- If not already activated, in Zoho Books, activate the client portal from the new client's 'Customer' screen.

Book Lesson Time
Note - When OnceHub booking service is active, the client is able to book their lesson time at the time of registration. If service is inactive, follow the below steps.

After communicating with the client via phone/SMS/email/chat, agree upon a suitable time for the client's lesson (remembering to ensure that bookings are in line with options on 'Pricing' page)

Create a new event on the Google Calendar calendar titled 'Singing Lad'.

In the New Event window, ensure that the following details are completed:
- The 'Event Title' should contain the client's full name. Recommended format is 'Lesson - [First Name] [Last Name]'
- The 'Date' and 'Time' must be completed to reflect the agreed upon time as per your prior conversation
- The 'Location' must be competed as correctly as possible directing the client to the planned lesson location
- The client email must be entered under 'Guests' so that the event information is sent as an invitation.

- After clicking 'Save', locate the event on the calendar.
- On the right side of the screen, in the toolbar, click the icon for 'SMS Reminders', this will slide out the SMS Reminders window.
- While this menu is open, select the relevant event, the menu updates with adjustable options for the event.
- Toggle the switch next to the event title to turn on reminders for this event (update phone number if necessary)
