Who Can File a Complaint?
- This policy applies to all students, customers and all staff members employed by Christopher Sims, and Ageless Voices.
What Can Be Reported?
This policy covers a range of potential complaints, including:
- For Students: Issues with lesson quality, unprofessional conduct by the instructor, billing errors, or feeling uncomfortable in the learning environment.
- For Staff: Unprofessional conduct by students, harassment, discrimination, or concerns about workload or working conditions.
How to File a Complaint
Complaints can be filed verbally or in writing:
