These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the music services offered by Christopher Sims, trading as Christopher Sims Music Services ("Christopher Sims", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Christopher Sims offers various music services, including:

• Singing lessons
• Ensemble (group/choir) singing lessons
• Music fundamentals/theory tutoring
• Live Performance
• Other music-related services as may be offered at any time, with or without announcement

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use our services.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees for our services are listed on our website or provided upon request (with the exception of some services, which are negotiated)
• Payment is due in full before the start of each lesson or service.
• Preferably, we accept payment through bank transfer (or PayID, as long as funds are received prior to the booking). Other methods such credit cards may be available upon request.
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided to you.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
